Consider asking for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from guests above you.

Make sure to check the child-oriented activities schedule. they often have hidden gems that are entertaining for the whole family.

I enjoyed the vibrant entertainment program, which kept us engaged with bingo and live shows throughout our stay. The indoor pool and spa facilities were a highlight, providing a relaxing escape. the rooms felt quite outdated and could really use a refresh to meet modern standards, especially the bathrooms and furniture.

The spa area was stunning, and I loved the outdoor pool vibes! The Indian Head Massage was just the relaxation I needed. The entertainment was super fun.

Some bathrooms show signs of neglect, like mouldy tiles and old fixtures that can make you feel questionable about cleanliness. Parking isn’t specified, and arriving only to find additional charges can be irritating, especially when previously advertised options conflict with the reality. The reception area has water stains and ripped chairs, which might not set the right tone upon arrival. From personal experience, the lift could use some serious attention as it creaks, and the doors don't close properly, making you feel it could break down at any moment.

The pool area was perfect for our three kids, and they especially loved the arcade games and the fun bowling lanes. The entertainment in the evenings was a highlight, with activities for the whole family to enjoy.

There was visible dust, and the fixtures felt very dated. Noise levels were an issue as well, with sounds from neighboring rooms often disrupting our sleep. The parking situation was chaotic and lacked proper signage, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were limited, though what was available was decent. The hotel definitely has potential but needs significant updates and better management of the noise and cleanliness issues.

The Standard Twin Room was decent but felt a bit dated. Beds weren’t the comfiest, and I wished for better ventilation, especially since it was so hot. Cleanliness was good, but the room setup was just okay. It didn’t ruin the stay but it's something to consider if you want a cozy retreat. A fan was provided, which helped, but still could have been better overall.

Staff were friendly, always smiling and helpful. The indoor pool was amazing, we spent tons of time enjoying it despite the kids running around everywhere.
